I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in applied human nutrition, a Master's degree in clinical nutrition and over 12+ years of experience in my practice. As a dietitian working with patients living with chronic conditions or seeking healthy weight management support, I have found nutrition behaviour change strategies that foster healthy habits to be a key factor in driving positive long-term health outcomes.

My process to help my clients reach their nutrition related goals and sustain healthy habits long-term includes - Motivational Interviewing, SMART action planning, mindful eating strategies, habit pairing techniques, and timely follow-up.
