With a Bachelor of Science degree in applied human nutrition, a Master's degree in clinical nutrition, and my current pursuit of a Doctorate in functional medicine, I have gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of nutrition and health. Throughout my 12+ year career as a dietitian, I have personally experienced the profound significance of implementing effective nutrition-related behaviour change strategies to promote the adoption of healthy habits. These strategies have proven to be instrumental in driving favourable long-term diet and nutrition-related changes. Additionally, I place great emphasis on understanding the underlying causes of my clients' conditions, allowing me to provide comprehensive support tailored to their specific needs. This approach supports positive and sustainable long-term outcomes for my clients.
