Kale-Avocado Smoothie

Packed with greens and perfect for on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado sliced

  • ½ cup kale

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ cucumber

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • lemon juice to taste

  • ½ cup water or coconut water


Directions


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth texture (add more water if needed for desired consistency). Pour this smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
